Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for financial account inquiries and transactions
- Resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account management requests
- Provide accurate information on financial products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics for call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex financial issues

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in English and Filipino communication
- Basic knowledge of financial terminology or willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
