Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients in the banking and financial services sector via inbound calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction processing, and issue resolution while strictly adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company’s database.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams for timely resolution.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), average handling time (AHT), and quality assurance (QA) scores.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, system updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor when handling challenging customer situations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate or completed at least 2 years in College (Associate Degree holder).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- With or without BPO experience; fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Willing to work onsite at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
