- Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts, billing, and payment processing
- Resolve payment discrepancies and account issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Document all interactions and transactions in the company CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous customer service or financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of English and local dialects
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
