Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for financial account inquiries and support
- Resolve account discrepancies and transaction-related issues
- Provide accurate information on account balances, payment statuses, and financial products
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Adhere to compliance standards and financial security protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance/Business)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or financial support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems and financial software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment
