Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Oversee tax reporting processes, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh), and annual corporate income tax returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and conduct variance analysis against actual financial performance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth year-end closing processes.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using integrated ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
