Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with all statutory financial obligations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial reporting processes and documentation.
- Support external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and financial reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in financial accounting or corporate reporting.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and high accuracy in numerical tasks.
- Strong integrity, organizational skills, and the ability to manage strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
