Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement personalized financial strategies for clients based on their life goals and risk appetite.
- Conduct professional financial needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance and investment solutions.
- Proactively prospect for new clients and build a sustainable network within the Mabini and Pangasinan community.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing regular portfolio reviews and personalized service.
- Educate clients on financial literacy and the benefits of comprehensive financial planning.
- Attend industry-related workshops and internal AXA seminars to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport easily.
- Demonstrated interest in financial services, insurance, or wealth management.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high drive for success.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Residency or strong connections within Mabini or the broader Pangasinan area.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or banking is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
