- Conduct detailed financial needs analysis for individual and business clients
- Develop customized insurance solutions aligned with client objectives
- Present product options and secure sales through consultative selling

- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams for seamless service
- Meet/exceed sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial services or insurance sales
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Valid insurance license (Bappebti certification preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Self-motivated with proven track record in sales targets
