Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Present and sell Allianz insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and unit-linked plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and cross-selling strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide personalized financial advice to customers.
- Collaborate closely with bank partners to maximize sales opportunities within the branch.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer data and adherence to company compliance policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance, Economics, or Business is a strong advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or the insurance industry (Bancassurance experience is preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Possess a valid SIM A or SIM B driver's license.
- Willing to be stationed in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
