- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Provide expert advice on insurance, investment, and bancassurance solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Valid Sertifikasi Kompetensi Penjaminan (SKP) or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
