Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
- Valid SII license or willingness to obtain required certifications
