Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of Great Easternâs life insurance products through bank branches (Bancassurance) and other distribution channels.
- Identify and evaluate potential clientsâ financial needs to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with bank customers and personal referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional financial advice.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals consistently.
- Stay updated on market trends and Great Easternâs comprehensive product portfolio.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and engage in proactive prospecting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Strong drive for sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High school diploma or Bachelorâs degree in any field (Relevant experience is highly valued).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and willing to undergo professional insurance training.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage time effectively.
- Valid driverâs license and own transportation are highly preferred.
