Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze clients' financial needs and risk profiles to develop tailored insurance solutions
- Market and sell AXA's comprehensive range of insurance products including life, health, and investment-linked plans
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations and proactive service
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product innovations to provide accurate advice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards
- Conduct financial literacy workshops to educate the community
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or financial services
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to build rapport
- Valid insurance certification (e.g., CIP, LIA, or equivalent)
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven sales achievement track record
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
