As a Financial Advisor specializing in collections, you will work closely with our customers to find mutually beneficial solutions for resolving overdue payments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve overdue contracts for motor vehicle financing products with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor payment schedules and proactively remind customers about upcoming or overdue payments
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with customers to understand payment difficulties and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer communications
- Collaborate with the legal team when necessary to initiate formal collection procedures
- Analyze customer payment patterns to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and key metrics for management review
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies throughout the collection process
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in credit management, collections, or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and collection management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively when resolving payment issues
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive financial matters
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
