Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans for clients based on their goals and risk profiles.
- Proactively prospect and network to build a sustainable client base in Roxas City and surrounding areas.
- Conduct professional financial presentations and educate clients on life insurance and investment products.
- Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with their evolving financial needs.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong networking capabilities and an existing professional circle are preferred.
- Genuine desire to help others achieve financial security.
- Must be coachable and willing to undergo licensing and certification processes.
- Experience in sales, banking, or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
