Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell unsecured loan products to Wings Group retail stores
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Present loan options and terms to potential clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or financial services experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of local market in Siak and Riau region
- Valid driving license (for field visits)
- Proficiency in basic financial product knowledge
