- Promote and sell unsecured loan products from Bank Multiarta Sentosa to Wings retail stores
- Identify potential clients and assess their financial requirements
- Present product features, benefits, and loan terms to customers
- Guide clients through the complete loan application process
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on product knowledge and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or financial services (microfinance preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and loan products
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Valid driver's license for client visits within Stabat area
