Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell unsecured loan products from Bank MAS to Wings retail stores in Sungai Penuh and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and requirements
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and new client prospects
- Provide comprehensive product information and guidance to clients regarding loan applications and terms
- Prepare and submit loan applications according to bank policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of local market conditions and business landscape in Sungai Penuh
