Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for new and existing clients to determine appropriate products and services.
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans, including retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and consultative selling.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regarding client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Organize and lead financial literacy seminars or workshops to attract potential clients in the Cavite area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary licenses (e.g., FINRA Series 6/7, Life Insurance) if not already held.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time effectively both in the office and remotely.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation in the Cavite, Calabarzon area.
