Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze clients' financial situations and provide personalized financial planning advice
- Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate AXA products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting AXA's insurance and financial products
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new product offerings
- Prepare and present financial plans and product proposals to clients
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation according to company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and explain it clearly to clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work
- Valid Sertifikasi Tenaga Penjual Produk Asuransi (STPPA) certification is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
- Willingness to work in Jayapura, Papua location
