Tanggung Jawab
- Promote unsecured loan products to Wings retail stores in assigned territory
- Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and managers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques
- Complete loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing financial education to clients regarding loan products and repayment options
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Submit accurate sales reports and performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/Sederajat education with 1+ years sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with retail clients
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in financial services
- Familiarity with unsecured loan products and microfinance principles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for store visits
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English literacy
