Tanggung Jawab
- Field Sales: Promote and sell micro-banking loan products from Bank MAS to retail partners, specifically targeting Wings stores in the Blitar area.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Consultation: Provide financial product consultations to shop owners, explaining the benefits and procedures of the unsecured loans clearly.
- Application Processing: Assist customers in filling out loan applications and ensuring all required documentation is collected accurately.
- Performance Monitoring: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market visits to understand local business needs and identify new sales opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major is preferred.
- Age: Maximum 27 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Transportation: Have a personal motorbike and a valid SIM A driver's license.
- Availability: Willing to work outdoors, travel to various locations in Kabupaten Blitar, and work flexible hours.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or banking is an advantage.
- Domicile: Domiciled in Blitar or the surrounding East Java area.
