Tanggung Jawab
- Promote unsecured loan products from Bank MAS to Wings retail stores
- Develop and maintain relationships with store owners and key stakeholders
- Conduct needs assessments to match loan products with customer requirements
- Prepare and present loan proposals with clear terms and benefits
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursements
- Provide ongoing customer support and post-disbursement relationship management
- Report market insights and customer feedback to the banking team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales or banking experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of financial products and lending principles
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English knowledge
- Resident of Gowa or willing to relocate
- Valid driver's license (own vehicle is an advantage)
