Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell unsecured loan products from Bank MAS to Wings stores
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with retail business owners
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities in Kebumen
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach
- Provide expert guidance on loan applications and eligibility criteria
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management
- Stay updated on product features and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Proven track record in B2B sales or retail banking
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
