In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between Bank MAS and the local business community. You will be responsible for introducing and selling unsecured loan products directly to Wings stores, helping business owners access the capital they need to grow. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting persuasive sales presentations and promoting Bank MAS micro-loan products to Wings store owners.
- Identifying potential clients and assessing their financial needs and eligibility for unsecured loans.
- Assisting customers through the end-to-end loan application process, including documentation and verification.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and performance KPIs set by the management.
- Providing excellent customer service and professional financial advice to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the branch team to optimize sales strategies and gather market feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) education; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or the banking/financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure in a sales environment.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is an advantage for client visits.
- Honest, trustworthy, and highly motivated personality with a strong desire to succeed.
