Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations and follow-ups
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions including insurance products and investment options
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Prepare and present financial proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's success
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital communication tools
- Willingness to obtain relevant insurance and financial certifications
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
