Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP standards.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate data collection and streamline reporting processes.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met with high accuracy and compliance.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time financial insights.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations promptly.
- Monitor budget adherence and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a multinational or US GAAP environment.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in a night shift schedule.
