Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat and voice channels with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding financial products and account services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols when handling sensitive financial data.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and ability to manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in a financial account or a customer service BPO role is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment in Lipa, Batangas.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
