Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat and voice channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products and account services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring first-contact resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols when handling sensitive financial data.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a financial account or a customer service BPO role is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in an onsite environment in Lipa, Batangas.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
