Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to understand their goals and risk tolerance.
- Present and recommend suitable financial products including insurance, investment, and savings plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and professional advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
- Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients for policy renewals and adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required as training is provided.
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in any field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel within Selangor.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Ability to work on a commission-based or hybrid income structure.
