Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential clients to recommend suitable products.
- Generate and manage leads to build a robust client portfolio in the Penang region.
- Present and explain complex financial products, insurance plans, and investment opportunities clearly.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes within the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize and optimize sales approaches.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Penang for client meetings.
