Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive budget vs. actual analysis on a monthly basis to identify variances and provide clear explanations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage Operational Expenditure (OPEX) to ensure adherence to established financial targets and internal policies.
- Oversee the financial tracking and allocation of IT-specific resources and infrastructure costs.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards to provide real-time visibility into cost performance for department heads.
- Collaborate with IT project managers to forecast project costs and ensure financial feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management to support informed decision-making.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities or process improvements within the current financial workflow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control frameworks across all monitored cost centers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in financial control, budgeting, or management accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of financial statement analysis and cost accounting principles.
- Previous experience monitoring OPEX or managing IT budgets is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
