Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial audits
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions
- Implement financial systems and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of financial controller experience in hospitality/luxury sector
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and PSAAK standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with multi-currency operations and resort-specific accounting
