Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and real-time insights to the management team to support operational efficiency and cost control.
- Oversee tax compliance and ensure all filings adhere to local regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and prepare comprehensive financial forecasts for the manufacturing operations.
- Develop and mentor the accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial control or accounting leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce rigorous internal control policies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
