Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and ensure accurate monthly/quarterly reporting
- Oversee general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and implement financial controls
- Prepare financial statements and compliance documentation
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal audits and process improvements
- Collaborate with tax and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification
- 2+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
