Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the financial operations across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Oversee financial consolidation, reporting, and statutory compliance in Indonesia.
- Develop and lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles.
- Analyze financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage internal and external audits to ensure transparency and regulatory adherence.
- Implement cost control measures to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in multi-plant financial consolidation and management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
