Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls regarding financial accounts, inquiries, and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and quality standards.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details into the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial products, policies, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must be willing to work in Baguio City, Benguet.
