Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality support to customers via chat and voice channels regarding financial accounts.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable tone in all customer interactions.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple internal systems to resolve customer inquiries and financial concerns.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including accuracy and response time.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify process improvements.
  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols to ensure the safety of financial data.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial regulations and product changes.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment of at least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or financial accounts is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, blended (chat and voice) work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financial/banking processes or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Lipa City, Batangas.
