- Handle customer inquiries regarding financial accounts, transactions, and services
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
- Process account transactions and updates with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Stay updated on financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with customer service software and applications
