China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is a global leader in construction and engineering. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Officer (财务专员) to join our project team in Batam. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, rigorous budgeting, and seamless payment administration for large-scale infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment. You will play a critical role in supporting the project's financial health and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and local regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day project financial transactions and ensure accurate ledger recording.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for project management and head office review.
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and analysis of project budgets and cost control measures.
- Oversee payment administration, including verifying invoices, processing payroll, and managing vendor disbursements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow requirements to ensure project liquidity.
- Maintain comprehensive financial documentation and tax records in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to audit financial data and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP or Oracle are highly preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance, local accounting standards (PSAK), and financial reporting practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred for effective communication with regional stakeholders).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
