Tanggung Jawab
- Financial Administration: Assist in daily financial administration tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Data Management: Perform data entry and collection, ensuring all information is organized and error-free.
- Bank Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation process by verifying bank statements and transaction records.
- Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create spreadsheets for the finance team.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
