Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to identify their unique goals and risks.
- Develop and present personalized financial plans, including investment and insurance strategies, tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base through consistent follow-up.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and portfolio growth.
- Stay updated on the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes within the industry.
- Attend regular training sessions, sales workshops, and team meetings to enhance professional skills.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to undergo necessary licensing requirements (e.g., FINRA Series 6/7, 63, or PhilLife License).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Davao City.
