- Identify and prospect new client opportunities within the cold market using provided lead support.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizons.
- Present and recommend customized financial solutions, including insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular portfolio reviews and proactive service.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate advice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professional ethics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to excel in a sales-driven environment.
