Alpen Food Industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager to join our leadership team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical role, you will act as a key business partner to senior management, providing actionable financial insights that drive strategic growth and operational efficiency across our food industry operations.
As a Mandarin-speaking lead, you will bridge the gap between local financial operations and regional stakeholders, ensuring seamless reporting, budgeting, and performance management. We are looking for a finance professional who is not only a master of numbers but also a visionary who can influence business decisions, optimize cost structures, and spearhead financial planning initiatives that ensure our long-term competitiveness.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to analyze business performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare high-level financial reports and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee complex financial modeling to evaluate business projects, CAPEX, and market expansion efforts.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and adherence to company policies and regional compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking regional offices and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting automation.
- Analyze variance reports and provide recommendations to mitigate financial risks and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory due to regional stakeholder engagement.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting software (ERP/BI systems).
- Proven track record in driving business performance through financial insights.
- Deep understanding of the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
