- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for hotel and casino operations
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance measurement to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models that support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing timely recommendations for corrective actions
- Develop and maintain key financial metrics and KPIs to track operational efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate with internal audit to ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and controls
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact financial planning and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in the hospitality or gaming industry
- Proven track record of developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models for complex business operations
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel, with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and financial reporting requirements is highly desirable
