Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients within the bank branch network to offer insurance solutions.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to match clients with the right Manulife life insurance products.
- Maintain a high standard of professional service to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with bank partners and stakeholders to increase referral efficiency.
- Prepare and present compelling financial proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in regular sales training and product briefings to stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or the insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong desire to build a career in financial planning and customer relations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in local dialects and English is a significant advantage.
