Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for bank clients to recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
- Collaborate closely with bank branch staff to identify prospects and generate high-quality leads.
- Present and explain complex financial products in a clear and persuasive manner to potential clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
- Manage the end-to-end policy application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including policy reviews and assistance with claims or renewals.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic shifts, and Manulife’s product portfolio to provide expert advice.
- Participate in branch-level marketing activities and client seminars to drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the banking, insurance, or financial services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- A result-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
- Must be highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain the required licenses from the Insurance Commission (IC).
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate banking environment.
