Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions and financial products.
- Conduct needs analyses to ensure clients receive the best coverage for their specific circumstances.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Assist clients in the application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve collective business goals and community engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-disciplined.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the region.
