Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partner bank staff to generate high-quality leads and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for bank clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
- Recommend and customize life insurance and wealth management plans tailored to the client's profile.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing relationship support, ensuring high client retention and trust.
- Collaborate with bank branch managers to conduct joint marketing activities and promotional presentations.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in compliance with company, bank, and regulatory guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field (open to other disciplines with relevant sales experience).
- At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in bancassurance, life insurance, banking, or direct sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills in English and Bisaya.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently within a bank branch environment.
- Willingness to travel around assigned bank branches within Cebu.
- Existing Insurance Commission (IC) license is highly advantageous, but comprehensive training and licensing support will be provided.
