Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with bank partner staff to maximize referral opportunities.
- Provide expert financial consulting services, specifically focusing on Prudential Sharia product offerings.
- Conduct professional presentations and financial needs analyses for bank clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to policy closure and after-sales support.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for Sharia-based life insurance products.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics in all interactions with prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in regular sales training and workshops to stay updated on financial trends and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting objectives.
- Understanding of Sharia financial principles or a strong interest in learning the Islamic insurance market.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and bank stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
