Tanggung Jawab
- Market Prudential Sharia's bancassurance products to partner bank customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and key stakeholders
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective product promotion
- Conduct product presentations and Sharia-compliant financial consultations
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
- Understanding of Islamic finance principles (Sharia knowledge is advantageous)
- Target-driven with proven ability to meet sales objectives
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Valid SIM and willingness for field visits
